Refund Policy

We aim to ensure a smooth experience and satisfaction with our service. Refunds are processed automatically when the system detects a failure in generating the report after successful payment.

In rare cases where a failure is not automatically detected and you do not receive your report, you can reach out to us at owner@stephenabraham.in. We will investigate the issue and ensure prompt resolution.

Refunds, when approved, are issued via the original payment method. Please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to reflect, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Please note that we do not offer refunds for reports that were successfully generated and delivered unless there was a clear technical issue. In cases were output was generated but not provided, we will email the output to you upon receiving your complaint.
